Sing aloud, O daughter Zion! Shout for joy, O Israel! Rejoice and exult with all your heart, O daughter Jerusalem! The Lord has withdrawn the judgments against you, he has cast out your enemies. The king of Israel, the Lord, is in your midst; you shall not see evil any longer. On that day it shall be said to Jerusalem: Fear not, O Zion; do not let your hands grow weak. The Lord, your God, is in your midst. Mighty, he will deliver; he will rejoice over you with gladness, he will quiet you in his love; he will rejoice over you with singing.
I will gather the sorrowful for a festival, no longer to suffer reproach. Behold, at that time I will deal with all who afflict you. I will save the lame and gather the outcast, and I will change their shame into praise and renown in every land. At that time I will bring you in, and at the time when I gather you, I will give you a name and make you praised among all the peoples of the earth, when I deliver you from captivity before your own eyes, says the Lord.
