An American Disgrace - Torture and “Imprisonment without End” Now Legal

Garrison Keillor has an excellent opinion piece on the recent legislation which gives President Bush the right to imprison almost anyone at anytime for as long as he wants, and then to define for himself what constitutes torture. It was a very sad day for America when this piece of crap was approved by our Senators and Representatives. Here are a few relevant quotes from Keillor.
