More on the Movie Jesus Camp

For more information on the upcoming film Jesus Camp, which I blogged about here, you might want to check out these sites:

  • You may want to visit On Fire at Jesus Camp, an interview from Christianity Today with the film’s directors.
  • David Byrne (formerly of The Talking Heads) has a review of the film here
  • On Dan Kimball’s Blog, the pastor of the church running the camp, Becky Fischer, actually responds to some of what was written on Kimball’s site with a couple of lengthy comments. You can find that here.
  • One of the official sites of the film is http://www.jesuscampthemovie.com/. This site also has a a whole host of resources.
  • Variety has an “exclusive” clip from the film here.
  • The site IndieWire has a “chat” with Becky Fischer here.
  • And finally there is a more reflective review of the film by Chuck at The Chutry Experiment blog here (this site also includes other links).

As for me, I am still looking over everything I have come across concerning this film. I still don’t know what to make of it, but I definitely will be going to see it as soon as it comes to my area.

Jesus Camp is awesome! This film shows kids that are happy confident and sure of what they believe. One reviewer even said he wished he could be as confident of something in his personal life. This film will make you think about your own beliefs and why you believe them. Go see it.
